Chief Financial Officer
With more than 40 years of experience in a variety of businesses, Glenn has served as both the CFO and the CEO of businesses, and has extensive experience in buying, selling, and operating businesses. Along with his business partners, Glenn has successfully acquired, funded, launched, operated, and sold a variety of businesses. After graduating from Kansas State and working in public accounting for a couple of years to gain his certificate, plus a stint with Occidental Petroleum, most of Glenn’s experience has been in private business. He has been instrumental in developing business plans, organizing and structuring the ownership, obtaining, and managing the long-term financing, and providing operational and financial management for these private businesses.

A results-driven strategic marketing and communications professional experienced in bringing ideas to life and influencing audiences, Stephanie has been helping companies succeed for more than two decades. Instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing marketing and communication strategies that build brands and achieve desired outcomes, she has a talent for breaking down silos to unite varied and diverse groups of stakeholders to achieve shared goals, and leading high-performing teams.

A marketing, customer experience, and technical strategy leader, Dustin is the rare professional who combines technical expertise with an eye for design that drives results. His experience encompasses digital channels and strategies, including website creation, marketing automation, display and social advertising, and SEO.

Michael Marconi combines an east coast energy with management and operations excellence. With 30+ years in sales consulting, auto industry management, financing, and business development, he has honed a fine instinct for developing top-notch customer service organizations. When not investing his energy inspiring the teams he leads to excellence, you can find Michael at home in Philly with his wife or playing in a Saturday hockey game with his two grown sons.

Through his career in renewable energy, Greg has been involved in nearly every aspect of the solar business, including sales, installation, manufacturing, and finance. His primary focus at EcoSmart is to facilitate growth through the development and management of strategic industry partnerships. His days are filled with enabling customer success, expanding EcoSmart’s footprint, rock climbing, basketball, and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
